Sweet And Sour Pork Chops With Fruit - cooking recipe

1 (17 oz.) chunky mixed fruit
6 (3/4-inch) pork chops
1 envelope Shake 'n Bake
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Drain fruit, reserving juice. Moisten chops in 1/4 cup juice and coat with Shake 'n Bake as directed. Arrange chops in single layer in shallow baking dish; bake for 40 minutes at 425\u00b0. Combine 1/2 cup juice, brown sugar, catsup and vinegar. Heat through. Put fruit on chops and brush with syrup. Bake 5 to 10 minutes longer.
