Lasagna Rolls(No Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. canola oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can Italian tomatoes with liquid on
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
    salt and pepper to taste
    3/4 c. water
    1/2 pkg. lasagna noodles
    1 lb. low-fat Ricotta cheese or light
    1 pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained
    pepper
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook lasagna noodles, drain and cool.
    Mix low-fat Ricotta cheese or light, spinach, pepper and Parmesan cheese.
    Spray casserole with Pam.
    Spread spinach on noodles and roll up and cut in half.
    Put ruffled edges up and line in dish, then pour sauce over the noodles and bake, uncovered, 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 18 rolls.
    Serve with vegetable and salad.
