Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 (12 oz.) carton sour cream (optional)
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in 2 cups of boiling water.
    Add frozen strawberries.
    Stir in the hot jello and break apart with fork while stirring.
    Add nuts and pineapple.
    Pour into rectangular dish.
    Congeal.
    When set, spread with sour cream, if desired. Cut into squares and serve as dessert or on lettuce as a salad.
