Quick Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Minute rice, cooked
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 pkg. custard dessert mix
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. whipped cream or Cool Whip
Preparation
    Add sugar to cooked rice.
    In medium saucepan, combine dessert mix and milk.
    Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in rice mixture and raisins.
    Let cool, stirring occasionally.
    Pour into 6 dessert cups.
    Refrigerate until firm.
    Garnish with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
