Ingredients

2 egg whites
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
3/4 c. white sugar
1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add sugar gradually.
Beat at high speed for 5 minutes.
Fold in vanilla, chips and pecans.
Drop by teaspoon on foil-lined cookie sheet. Turn off oven and place in the oven; leave overnight or 8 hours. Makes 3 dozen.
