Chocolate Fried Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
    1 egg, beaten
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients; cut in shortening.
    Combine egg and milk; add to dry mixture and mix well.
    Roll dough to pie crust thickness.
    Cut into saucer size circles.
    Fill with chocolate mixture.
