Old Virginia Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Stir
    cornmeal\tand
    salt
    into 2 cups boiling water in saucepan.
    Cook
    for
    1
    minute; remove from heat.\tAdd melted butter and baking powder; mix well.
    Add eggs; mix well.
    Stir in milk
    gradually.
    Spoon into 2 quart baking dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
