Gravy Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lean pork chops (1/2 to 3/4-inch thick)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2/3 c. Pet milk
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper.
    In 10-inch skillet, brown in hot shortening.
    Pour off drippings.
    Mix cream of chicken soup, Pet milk and water.
    Pour around pork chops.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 45 minutes or until chops are tender.
    Stir gravy well.
