Upside-Down Berry Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. butter
4 c. smashed berries
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1 yellow pudding in the mix cake mix
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Place first sugar and butter in 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 3 to 5 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Remove from oven and mix, spreading evenly. Mix together berries, 1/2 cup sugar and flour.
Pour over butter mixture.
Mix remaining ingredients until moist.
Pour over berries, spreading evenly.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes. Run knife around edge to loosen cake.
Turn upside down on serving tray.
Serve warm or cold.
