Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 thick pork chops
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    4 thick onion slices
    4 thick tomato slices
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 1/2 c. water
    2 bouillon cubes
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    1/4 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Saute chops on both sides.
    Place chops in buttered casserole. Place 1 tablespoon raw rice on each chop, 1 slice onion and 1 slice tomato.
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in 2 1/2 cups water; pour over all.
    Sprinkle with herbs, salt and pepper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes; cover and simmer.
