Creamy Vegetable Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1 Tbsp. anchovy paste
    1 hard-cooked egg, finely chopped
    1/4 c. snipped parsley
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    vegetable dippers
Preparation
    Blend together cream cheese, mayonnaise and anchovy paste. Stir in chopped egg, parsley, onion and garlic.
    Chill until serving time.
    Serve with vegetables.
    Makes 1 3/4 cups dip.
