Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. margarine
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    4 c. plus 4 Tbsp. (heaping) flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream sugar, margarine and oil until light and fluffy; add eggs and vanilla.
    Sift dry ingredients and add to other creamed ingredients.
    Blend well.
    Chill dough about 1 hour.
    Roll into small balls and flatten with glass dipped in sugar.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until done.
    Loosen cookies before they cool and stick to cookie sheet.
