Sausage Strata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices white or light grain bread
    1 lb. bulk sausage (hot preferred)
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 slightly beaten eggs
    2 cans whole milk
Preparation
    Fit bread into bottom of a greased 12 x 7-inch baking dish. Brown, then drain, the sausage well.
    Stir in the mustard.
    Spoon sausage evenly over the bread, then sprinkle with cheese.
