Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 1/2 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained and washed
    2 c. finely chopped celery
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 small can pimientos, chopped
    1 c. vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dissolve vinegar, sugar and salt.
    Mix first 5 ingredients. Mix the 2 mixtures together and let stand overnight in refrigerator.
    This keeps for 2 weeks.
