Sausage Alfresco - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. lite sausage, sliced
1/2 lb. fettucine
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. onions, chopped
1 1/2 c. vegetables
1 c. heavy cream
1/3 c. grated Parmesan
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Prepare fettucine, drain.
Melt butter in skillet.
Add onion, then vegetables; cook until tender.
Set aside; brown sausage and drain.
Combine sausage, vegetables and cream.
Simmer; add cheese and parsley.
Serve over fettucine.
