Squash Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2/3 c. grated yellow squash
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, squash in large bowl.
    Make a well in center.
    Combine egg, milk and oil; add to dry mixture, stirring until moistened.
    Spoon batter into lightly greased muffin pans 2/3 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Freeze well.
