Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, separated
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. margarine
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 c. milk
Preparation

Bake pie shell 8 minutes.
Beat egg whites.
Add 1/4 cup sugar.
Beat until soft peaks.
Beat remaining ingredients and yolks.
Fold in egg whites.
Bake 40 minutes.
