Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of white pepper
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan over low heat; add flour, stirring, until smooth.
Cook one minute.
Gradually add milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Add cheese.
Stir in salt and pepper.
