Never Fail Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. Crisco shortening
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Cut in shortening until it resembles coarse meal. Stir in remaining ingredients. (Work like kneading bread dough.) Divide dough into 5 balls. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and store in freezer bags.
    May be stored up to 5 weeks in freezer. Yields 5 (9-inch) pies.
