Grandma O'Dell'S French Crullers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. butter
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Heat the water to a boil.
    Add the butter and when melted stir the flour in quickly.
    Remove from fire and cool slightly.
    Add eggs, not beaten, one at a time and mix thoroughly.
    Shape the crullers on an oiled brown bag, using bag.
    Fry in deep fat at 395\u00b0 until golden brown.
    Drain and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
