Chicken Chow Mein - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped celery
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. chicken stock
1 can chop suey vegetables
1 can bean sprouts
2 c. diced chicken
Preparation

Cook onion in melted butter about 10 minutes.
Add celery, salt and pepper.
Add chicken stock; cover and cook 10 minutes. Add drained vegetables, water chestnuts and diced chicken; mix well and heat to boiling.
Add sauce.
