Spanish Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    flour
    1 can tomatoes
    1 tsp. vegetable or beef extract
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    For the noodles, mix together eggs, salt and enough flour to make very stiff dough.
    Roll out very thin and allow to stand in cool place for 3 or 4 hours.
    Roll up and slice very thin.
