Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. corn
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. butter, chopped
2 Tbsp. crushed crackers
2 Tbsp. green pepper, minced
Preparation

Mix ingredients thoroughly. Pour into a greased 1-quart baking dish. Bake 40 to 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
