Turtle Brownies - cooking recipe

1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1/3 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. melted margarine
20 caramels (small bag)
1/3 c. milk
1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Take remaining cake mix, add and dot over top.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
