Apple Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. soft butter
    1 3/4 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped, peeled apple
    1/3 c. raisins
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Cream butter and brown sugar together.
    Add eggs and vanilla and beat until well mixed.
    Add dry ingredients and beat until smooth.
    Add apples and raisins and stir gently with a strong spoon.
    Spread batter into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
