Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box large shells (Kroger next to lasagna noodles)
3 to 5 lb. hamburger
1 large container Ricotta cheese (cottage cheese)
mushroom pieces
1 onion, diced
1 garlic, diced
shredded cheese (your choice)
2 eggs
Parmesan cheese
spaghetti sauce
2 bags shredded Mozzarella
Preparation

Boil shells until almost done; drain. Brown hamburger; drain. Mix mushrooms, onions, garlic, shredded cheese, eggs and Ricotta. Sprinkle Parmesan (to your taste). Pour spaghetti sauce in a 9 x 13 (or bigger) pan. Stuff mixture in shells, then cover with Mozzarella and sprinkle Parmesan on top. Dish is ready when the cheese is melted and sauce is bubbling over cheese.
