Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. oil
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. chopped raisins
Preparation
    Measure the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, oil, eggs and vanilla in the order listed in a large mixing bowl.
    Blend 1 minute on low speed, then 2 minutes on medium speed.
    Stir in the carrots, nuts and raisins.
    Pour into an 8 or 9-inch greased bottom only square pan.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
