Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 smoke sausage links, sliced
    4 cans red kidney beans
    1 sm. chopped onion
    2 sm. chopped green/yellow/red peppers
    1 can diced tomatoes, optional
    Garlic to taste
    Salt to taste
    Crushed red pepper to taste
    Cooked instant rice (white or brown)
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown the smoked sausage. Drain grease. Add cooked sausage back to skillet. Add remaining ingredients to skillet. Boil then simmer. Serve over cooked rice.
