Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pink salmon, drained
    1/2 c. minced onion
    10 saltine crackers, crushed
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine the salmon (I remove the bones), onion, crackers and egg.
    Mix to bind well.
