Butternut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Crisco
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. sifted plain flour
1/2 c self-rising flour
1 Tbsp. butternut flavoring
1 c. milk
Preparation

Cream crisco, sugar and eggs together for approximately 10 minutes.
Add 1 cup flour; beat well.
Add flavoring and mix.
Add remaining flour and milk.
Continue to mix well.
Grease and flour 2 round pans.
Bake at 350 degrees approximately 20 minutes until done.
