Apple And Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
pinch of salt
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1 c. nuts
2 c. chopped raw apples

Preparation

Beat together vegetable oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
Add flour, salt, cinnamon and soda.
Mix well. Add nuts and raw apples.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in tube pan for 1 hour.
