Mexican Lasagna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. taco seasoning
    1 egg
    8 corn tortillas
    1/2 lb. cottage cheese
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    black olives, sliced
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion in skillet.
    Add garlic, tomatoes, salt and taco seasoning.
    Set aside.
    Combine egg, cottage cheese and Cheddar cheese.
