Easy Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 frying chickens, cut in serving pieces
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 c. corn flake crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place chicken in shallow pan.
    Pour margarine over chicken; sprinkle with crumbs.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours or until tender and golden brown.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
