Garden Vegetable Pasta Alla Mamma(Prep: 15 Minutes, Cook: 10 Minutes, Serves 2) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. combined cut-up (1/4 to 1/2-inch pieces) fresh green beans, carrots, asparagus and scallions
    1 small garlic clove, crushed
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    pinch of dried basil and oregano
    6 oz. fettuccine
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    seasoned or plain salt
    freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
    Heat the butter in a large heavy skillet.
    When the foam subsides, stir in the prepared vegetables.
    Saute, stirring, over low heat until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.
    Add the garlic; saute 1 minute.
    Stir in the parsley, basil and oregano.
