K F C Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head very finely chopped cabbage
    1/4 c. shredded carrot
    1/4 c. diced onion (optional)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    2 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine the sugar, salt, pepper, milk, mayonnaise, buttermilk, vinegar and lemon juice; beat until smooth.
    Pour over cabbage, carrots and onion. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
