Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. zucchini, thinly sliced
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. oleo
    1/2 c. parsley or 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    2 eggs, beaten
    8 oz. (2 c.) Mozzarella cheese, grated
    8 oz. tube crescent rolls
    2 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Cook and stir zucchini and onion in oleo for 10 minutes, then add parsley, salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano.
    Combine 2 beaten eggs and Mozzarella cheese and stir into zucchini mixture. Separate crescent dinner rolls and make into a crust in a 10-inch pie pan.
    Spread crust with mustard.
    Pour zucchini mixture into crust and bake 18 to 20 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven or until center is set.
