Soda Cracker Lemon Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 egg whites
2 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. sugar
16 soda crackers, crushed fine
1/2 c. nuts

Preparation

Whip the egg whites, cream of tartar and sugar; beat until sugar dissolves.
Add the crushed crackers and nuts.
Spread in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool.
