Orange Cream Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 (16 oz.) can peach slices, drained
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
3 medium bananas, sliced
2 medium apples, cored and chopped
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 (6 oz.) can or 1/3 c. frozen orange juice, thawed (undiluted)
3/4 c. sour cream
Preparation

Combine fruits; set aside.
In small bowl, combine dry pudding mix, milk and orange juice concentrate.
Beat until blended.
Beat in sour cream.
Fold into fruit mixture.
Good to allow sliced bananas to marinate in pineapple juice for 10 minutes to avoid their turning dark.
