Barbecue Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chuck roast
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 bay leaves
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2/3 c. brown sugar
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 can water
Preparation
    Brown roast in oil.
    Remove and brown onions.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Stir well and put roast in sauce.
    Cook until tender.
    Cook slow.
