Graham Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. boiling water
2 c. Nabisco 100% bran
1 c. shortening
3 c. sugar
4 beaten eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. flour (of which 1 tsp. salt and 5 tsp. soda has been added)
4 c. Kellogg's All-Bran
Preparation

Mix bran and boiling water; let sit.
Cream the shortening and sugar.
Add beaten eggs.
Add flour mixture alternately with buttermilk.
Add bran mixture and, last, fold in Kellogg's All-Bran.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 or 20 minutes in greased or sprayed muffin pan.
