Rabbit Cacciatori - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 rabbit (2 1/2 to 3 lb.), quartered
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 medium onions, peeled and chopped
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 c. red wine (not sweet)
    2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. sweet basil
    1 tsp. rosemary
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    For baking, large casserole is fine.
