Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken, boiled and deboned
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can Rotel tomatoes, diced
1 lb Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 large bag nacho cheese doritos, crushed
Preparation

Cut chicken into chunks.
Place one layer of crushed doritos, then one layer of chicken, then cheese, then onion in casserole dish.
Mix tomatoes with soup.
Pour on top of chicken mixture. Top with layer of doritos.
Bake at 350 F for 30-40 minutes.
