Roast Beef Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. fresh mushrooms, minced
1 c. onion, minced
8 slices cold roast beef, sliced very thin (approximately 1/2 oz. each)
1/4 c. no fat Thousand Island dressing (20 calories or less per Tbsp.)
2 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. reduced calorie margarine
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Saute mushrooms and onion in margarine until lightly browned.
Spread roast beef slices with mushroom and onion filling.
Roll each slice of beef and place seam side down in 8 x 12-inch baking dish sprayed with butter flavored cooking spray.
Spoon dressing evenly over beef rolls.
Bake 10 minutes or until rolls are heated through.
Serve immediately.
