Peaches 'N Cream Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
1 Tbsp. soft margarine
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 (15 oz.) can sliced peaches
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 Tbsp. reserved peach syrup
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 1 Tbsp. sugar, mixed
Preparation

Combine flour, salt, baking powder, pudding mix, margarine egg and milk.
Beat at medium speed for 3 minutes.
Pour into lightly greased 9-inch pie plate.
Top with sliced peaches.
Drain and reserve syrup.
Next combine cream cheese, syrup and sugar.
Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed.
Spread on top of fruit, leaving 1-inch margarine around edge.
Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool completely and refrigerate.
