German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium cooked potatoes, sliced
3 or 4 eggs, cooked and chopped
7 to 8 slices bacon
1/4 c. diced onion
2 Tbsp. flour
1/3 c. vinegar
2/3 c. water
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt or more and some pepper
Preparation

Brown bacon and take
out
of pan.
Saute onion in fat. Add flour until bubbly and slowly stirring add water, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
Add
bacon
and
simmer
a
couple of minutes. Pour over potatoes and eggs.
Serve warm.
