Cheese And Pasta In A Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shell macaroni
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 (14 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1 (16 oz.) can Italian stewed tomatoes
    1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1 1/2 pt. sour cream
    1/2 lb. sliced Provolone cheese
    1/2 lb. sliced or crumbled Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cook
    macaroni
    and
    set aside.
    Saute onion and garlic until soft,
    then
    brown beef in same skillet.
    When browned, drain all fat and juices.
    Meat mixture should be dry.
