Quick Creamed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. minced green pepper
1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. milk
2 c. chicken breasts, boiled until done, then cut up
1/4 c. diced pimento
6 toast slices
Preparation

In hot butter in skillet, saute green pepper until tender. Stir in soup and milk.
Heat slowly, stirring constantly.
Then add chicken and pimento.
Cook 10 minutes longer.
Serve over toast.
