Cookie Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can evaporated milk (chilled)
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 (3 oz.) box lemon jello
1 box vanilla wafers
Preparation

Mix sugar and eggs.
Add juice and mix well.
Bring to a boil. Add jello to boiling mixture.
Cool completely.
Beat chilled milk until foamy.
Pour in jello mixture while mixing.
Line 2 pie plates with vanilla wafers.
Chill until ready to serve.
You may use different flavors of jello.
