Hot Tamale Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 tbs. chili powder
    1/2 tbls. cayenne pepper
    1 cup white corn meal
Preparation
    Boil ground chuck 45 minutes, salt water to taste.
    Crumble chuck up real fine as it cooks.
    Drain the water from the meat, saving it for later.
