Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 c. oil (Crisco or Wesson)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. or more chopped nuts
3 c. chopped apples (raw)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients at one time, except nuts and apples.
Mix well.
(Omit baking powder if using self-rising flour.)
Fold in nuts and apples.
Bake in 12-cup tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Let stand awhile before turning out.
